Command line application for creating Roosevelt apps.

As long as you have Node.js and npm installed, you can run npx mkroosevelt and follow the prompts to create a Roosevelt app!

Windows users may need to run Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted on their terminal to permit the script to run. See docs from Microsoft for more information.
